THE POWER OF PRAYER

When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is to pray while the last thing I do before I sleep is to pray. Prayer is the most important conversation of our day. Take your problems to God before you take it to anyone else. Prayer is our fiercest weapon against the enemy and all things in this world. To pray is to let go and let God take over.

God is Everywhere, so pray Anywhere.

When you pray, God listens. When you pray, storms get stilled. When you pray, doors open. When you pray, good relationship are restored. When you pray, sickness gets healed. When you pray, hope gets rekindled. When you pray, strength is renewed. When you pray, answers come. Don’t loose faith about what you are praying for today, God is faithful. His answers will come at the right time.

God is all powerful: The Lord God Almighty can do all things; there is nothing impossible for him ( Luke 1:37). When we close our eyes, get on our knees, the spirit of God whispers, “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?” (Genesis 18:14).

God asks us to pray: God invites, encourages and wants us to talk to him. We are to come to him in faith (James 1:6), with persistence (Luke 18:1), with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6) within his will (Matthew 6:10) and from a heart that is right with God (James 5:16).

God answers our Prayers: The Lord God Almighty answers prayers. “I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God incline thine ear unto me and hear my speech” (Psalm 17:6). In John 16:23-24; “Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever you ask of the father in the name of Jesus, he will give you. Ask, and you shall receive, that your joy may be full”.

Faith and Prayer are both invisible but they make impossible things possible.

Pray until your situation changes. Miracles happen everyday, so never stop believing. God can change things very quickly in your life. Never stop praying even after God gave you what you prayed for.

Don’t worry about anything; Instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. God’s peace will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
